1. eTwinning cannot be used for commercial purposes.
It is forbidden to use the platform for commercial purposes. Any commercial content will be removed.
2. There is no place for threats, bullying and harassment.
eTwinning does not tolerate cyberbullying and harassment. If someone is cyberbullying you or threatening you on eTwinning platforms, please report it by sending a message and seek help from the National Support Service.
3. Intellectual Property
Take care that the content uploaded to the platform does not contain any copyright. Make sure that you have the right to share photos, videos, documents or others to the content you will share on the platforms.
4. Identity Theft
Etwinners may not impersonate other people, groups and organizations that they do not represent, in a way to deceive, confuse or defraud others.
5. Students (pupils)
Do not share images of students on platforms. Do not forget to obtain parental permission for the images to be used to prove events etc. and that students must not be recognizable.
6. Private Information and Sensitive Data
Be careful when posting content that interests others. Do not share your personal information such as personal phone numbers and addresses, credit card information and other private information, and other people's information, or private photos and videos. Think before you share!
Internet Ethics
1. The messaging system should be used with care.
Before contacting a user, visit their profile and do not send the same message to too many users at once.
2. Avoid spamming on forums.
3. Only comment on other users' posts.
When commenting on someone else's profile, take care that it is appropriate with the person's message. Comments should be appropriate for the individual. Do not write a bear comment to more than one user.
